I don’t trust her at all. The DUP’s crying and complaining is clearly having an impact. I feel like she is rewarding bad childish behaviour. She’s also appearing to not acknowledge that the DUP are the only one of the main parties throwing the dummy out of the pram?? Also it is astonishing that she repeatedly blames the EU for not being flexible on the deal that Boris negotiated and signed on, and now wants changed but somehow its the EU’s fault for the mess because they’re not being flexible?! There is no interests for the people of NI being shown (apart from jeffrey Donaldson the buffoon). The people of NI deserve better!
They seem to be doing their best to ensure a recession, and trade war. I’m beginning to wonder if the Russian money they got is having it’s intended effect.
It’s a bullshit solution, tbh. Was only created to get Brexit over the line.. It should have never been agreed, but the second best outcome (and the one that we can do without a time machine) is to undo it.
Commenters going crazy about UK bailing in an international treaty clearly are forgetting we didn’t honour the treaty that said we would defend Crimea from Russian invaders.
International treaties aren’t worth the paper they are written on anymore.

Doing what was best for Northern Ireland was number one on the agenda back in 2016 when it came to Brexit and it was also the first thing we disagreed with the EU on. We never came to a real solution on the issue and that remains the case to this day. The Tories have never cared about Northern Ireland unless it is to use as a stick to beat the EU with, I honestly doubt the Tories will ever come to a suitable compromise on the border issue.
