1. Who really gives a shit whether or not Ruzzia is miffed . They are the aggressor who started this war in the first place. Historically Ruzzia has done nothing but break peace arrangements between countries,invade other countries without rhyme or reason.
   If this cuntry of Sociopaths had any reason or willingness to strike a peace deal …They would enter into a cease-fire to take the first step towards Peace. Perhaps they could release the 100000 children they have abducted and Move them to the Motherland. Ukraine should arm themselves to the teeth ,join NATO and encourage millions to join their Armed Forces. Long live Ukraine!!

2. Russia aren’t miffed. They purposefully pushed a plan onto the table that no one could agree to, to make Ukraine seem unreasonable. It’s just playing Trump off against them.
   Russia are flailing but they aren’t miffed today
