Effective January 15th, 2026, Phaedra Kortekaas will take on the role of Managing Director of Eurofiber Netherlands. She succeeds Paul Naastepad, who has chosen to leave the company after seven successful years.
Phaedra Kortekaas brings over 25 years of experience in digital transformation, B2B sales, and technology-driven innovation.
From 2003 to 2023, she held several senior management positions at IBM, concluding her tenure as Country Manager for IBM Consulting in the Netherlands. Most recently, she served as Managing Director Benelux at SAS. In addition, Ms. Kortekaas serves as President of the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands and is a member of the Board of Directors at NLdigital. In her new role, she will lead Eurofiber’s largest business unit, driving continued growth, customer centricity and operational excellence in the Dutch market.
Paul Naastepad has decided to leave Eurofiber to take on a new role with another company, which will be announced shortly. During his seven-year tenure, Eurofiber Netherlands’ revenues nearly doubled to EUR 205 million (2024).
