1. If the judge is deemed so incompetent that he is replaced twice in a year – why is he still there on the bench? Or is it just these very special cases that need special handling by people that can be trusted to do “the right thing”?

2. Well, some very convenient timing that this incredibly dodgy move was buried by the bodycam release.
