  5. Ahh yes the human rights violation of allowing women to make a decision about their bodies and seek an abortion (within certain limits) if that’s what they feel is best for them.

    As opposed to the U.S.’s excellent record of abducting people off the street with a paramilitary force that ignores the constitution, armed troops on the streets and the presidents call for the execution of people saying illegal things are things people shouldn’t do. With one of those illegal things before the previously mentioned abduction of people off the street.

    Trump is prosecuting his political enemies.

    Trump is snatching people off the street, raiding houses with no warrants and disappearing them, not allowing them access to the courts.

    He just threatened democrats with execution for stating the law.

    He was going to remove food stamps from people as a political measure to force democrats to agree to fund the government and remove healthcare from millions.

    He is executing people in small boats with no evidence and no right to a trial.

Given that his presidency is responsible for the grossest display of coercion, repression and subjugation of it’s own citizens in the “civilised” Western world (comparable only with Serbia at this point in time)this is the simply another example of the utter hypocrisy emanating from the lips of his emissaries. All he wants is to further extend his bullying tactics and desire to enforce some kind of Christian extremism and 1950’s morality on the rest of the world that has moved on from there. Unfortunately for him, that horse has bolted, intelligent, thinking people have moved on and just like we saw with ISIS, we are witnessing the death throes of another cult which has increasingly less and less relevance in the modern world. Americans are so quick to criticise other cultures and religions without realising that they are no better than them – and would carry out similar repression and discrimination- which is fine in their eyes as it is in the name of their God and in the name of Christianity. This is even more distasteful given that their leader, the man who is pushing this is a criminal, and guilty of most of the “Seven Deadly Sins” as set out by their religious texts- greed, pride, gluttony, wrath, lust, envy- not to mention the additional moral failings of adultery,sexual assault, rape, bribery, accepting bribes, extra judicial killings (the recent killing of suspected drug smugglers- 20 boats so far at least) and political persecution of his opponents.
    So, this man and his entire administration can go fuck themselves, put their own house in order, and cease trying to impose their will and ideology upon others. There are many good Americans who feel the same and others still who regret voting for this clown and are at the Find Out phase of the FAFO equation. They need to make their thoughts and feelings known at the Midterms and get the message across on behalf of the rest of us who, despite its complicated nature, would rather be living in the 21st century, not the 19th……..

  33. Fuck sake. This is why people yelling about voting reform to stop the boats drives me up the wall. I get wanting to vote for change, can’t blame anyone, but look at their other policies first! Or we’re going to end up having someone voted in who is just an extension of Trump and his policies. And as a woman, the idea of losing rights is becoming very real!
