Three women connected to Ashling Murphy’s killer — Jozef Puska’s wife and the wives of his brothers — have been placed on 23-hour protective lockdown in the Dóchas Centre due to fears of attacks from other inmates.
All were jailed for withholding information or helping destroy evidence after the murder.
Their husbands in Mountjoy have also been attacked or placed under protection.
The Murphy family condemned the group for “closing ranks” to shield the killer.
They will face this on the outside, too. They should have been subject to a deportation order after the sentence, if not for punishment for their own safety.
They should be thrown to the wolves and then deported. No words for these scum. No mercy was shown to Ashling.
This was the downside of EU – after 2004 a load of Eastern European countries were admitted with many Romas taking advantage of the free movement of travel. No intention to ever work but go to the countries with higher social welfare. It’s the truth.
Fuck them. Deserve what they get
I hope every single one of these subhuman pieces of garbage spend their entire lives living in fear.
They only protected a murdering scumbag…these ppl need a new home and a fresh start when they get out, must be very stressful being in jail God love em
How awful for them…..
Send them back why would ya even keep them in Irish jails just wasting money and space and if they are going to keep them in the jails leave them with the general prisoners what happens to them is no where near what they all deserve

Surely deportation upon release is the only logical long term solution for them.
I can’t imagine anywhere in Ireland being safe for them.
Everyone’s so outraged and pearl clutching as if this is some kind of anomaly, that families cover up criminal activities. This isnt unique to the Puska family, its done all over, even here by natives
Yes, its wrong – but its not a rare thing.

Good luck with Deportation. Human Rights Brigade will have a field day. Kids born in Ireland etc.etc. Persecution in their own Country. Yada yada yada.
I posted this last time these cunts were in the news and it seemed to be well received, so again I implore anyone motivated by this to email your TD **TODAY** : https://www.contactyourtd.ie/
There is an extremely strong and logical case to be made for turfing these animals out of the country forever
My original post:
I prepared this a few weeks ago when they were convicted, feel free to edit it and send it out to your local rep. There is absolutely no good reason for these people to remain in our country.

>I am writing to request that you press the Minister for Justice for urgent clarification and action regarding the future immigration status of Jozef Puska, Ľubomír Puska, Marek Puska, Viera Gaziova and Jozefina Grundzova, who were recently convicted of serious offences in connection with the murder of Ashling Murphy.
>
>As non-Irish nationals found guilty of extremely serious crimes ranging from murder to impeding justice and withholding information, their continued presence in the State after serving custodial sentences raises profound public concern. Particularly in the case of Jozef Puska’s family, who actively made efforts to frustrate the investigation of a brutal murder. Irish society cannot be expected to tolerate such actions without decisive legal consequences beyond imprisonment.

>I am aware that under Directive 2004/38/EC (the “Free Movement Directive”), EU nationals may face exclusion from another Member State on grounds of public policy or public security, particularly where serious criminality is involved. Irish transposition of this directive permits the Minister for Justice to issue deportation or exclusion orders where warranted. The threshold is high, but this case certainly meets it.

>I therefore ask that you raise the following:
> 1. What concrete steps has the Department of Justice taken to assess the eligibility of these individuals for deportation or exclusion from the State after sentence completion?
> 2. If no such plan exists, why not?
> 3. Will the Minister publish the Department’s policy on the deportation of EU nationals convicted of serious offences that undermine public safety and the administration of justice?
>
>The public deserves clarity on this. If the State cannot remove foreign nationals who commit murder and assist in concealing it, then we must ask what level of criminal conduct would justify exclusion. Failure to act undermines faith in both the immigration system and the justice system, as well as the Department’s duty to protect both.
Not really surprised, assisting in the murder of a Irish Primary school teacher will do that.
Horrible, Scamming,
Leeching Cunts.
I hope when they serve their sentence, they will all be separated, from Ireland by about 3000km somewhere in Transylvania.
Wishing them all the very worst this festive season and beyond
Might have to segregate them from the whole country when they get out so.
