How is it that American and European cities are removing motorways from their city centers but Poland is doing the opposite?!

Let’s blame cars, because there aren’t any other ways of building roads and it clearly isn’t the government’s fault.
It makes as much sense as blaming the existence of concrete for the fact that there is far less green on the rest of the square.

Kiedyś jechał dłuższą trasą ale żeby było “szybciej” rozpierdolili rynek w Chorzowie no bo po co komuś jakiś plac z krzaczkami.
