Keeping burying my head in the sand at work and now my emails are too many. Just need to put a bleeding shift in. Frustrated at myself but also so tired!
The Pityriasis versicolor rash I thought I’d prevented by using dandruff shampoo before the holiday was not, in fact, avoided!
Thankfully, it’s not the bum n balls rash that was in the news!
Starting to have small regrets about getting an EV. First car tax payment later this month and the announcement yesterday. It was so good for a while… 🙁

Having an endoscopy this afternoon. Can’t say I’m looking forward to it but needs must.
Came off my bike yesterday on some ice and broke my arm (humerous, just below connection to shoulder, and possibly fractured the wrist but they want the swelling to go down so they can scan again), amongst a series of other injuries including damaging the other shoulder (strangest of which is bruising my big toenail…).
So now I’m sitting here in quite a lot of pain and considering how the heck I did something so dumb… I have so much going on before Xmas that bring unable to drive is a serious impediment…
Taking Mam and 4 elderly neighbours for flu jabs today but they’re all in different places at different times despite my request to let me organise it so today I’m bloody taxi

My bestie seems unable to scroll back in a conversation or use google and it’s getting a bit wearing to keep answering questions she can easily get the answers to herself. It feels petty to tell her to scroll or google though
My boss thinks it’s appropriate to treat those below him like school children, punishing the whole class of 10 because 3 misbehaved.
I joined a year ago and the dynamics of the job are changing, to the point I’m questioning if I want to stay. We have a new boss coming in the new year, I’m going to see how this one goes then make a decision.
Civil service, so good pension but poor wages, however I can earn a good amount of overtime which makes up for that. So leaving would be a hugely dumb decision, yet it’s still one I’m considering.
