I took this years ago as I left stanstead at dawn to fly to Marseille – it is a significant photo for a number of reasons to me, but ninja emit shared it with many. I’m putting it here to share with the world. Not intended for use as advertising – and advert pricks looking, not allowed.

  13. I had never considered just how close we are to the sea here! Can anybody suggest a good day hike from somewhere past the Docklands to get to the sea in a day please? I wouldn’t know where to begin, but a 16 – 25 mile hike isn’t out of the question.
