  1. Justice system is a fucking joke. Even after all the media outburst regarding this the guy only takes 1 year in prison. Enraging!

  3. Not soft for someone that has been a police officer and not a criminal. The court doesn’t decide solely based on the crime committed but they take into consideration many other factors. Is he a criminal? Repeater? Was he ever sentenced before? All these play a crucial role for the verdict.

    I am not saying the person doesn’t deserve to be punished but we should not believe that a year of imprisonment is peanuts.

  5. Why did the cop hit the guy? I dealt with cops here. Yes, they are rude and act like douche bags sometimes but can also be cool. I don’t see them just hitting a random guy for no “reason”

    Did the guys spit on the cop? Resist? etc
