Given Turkey supplying the Ukrainians with the drones I’m not surprised. On the plus side Washington is likely going to want to hold NATO as closely together as possible and would likely intervene before any escalations occur in the face of Russia’s aggressive stance towards the whole of Europe so we’ll hopefully see a fizzling out of tensions as the U.S. moves to keep nations in NATO and keep the united front against Russia.
