I have a lefse griddle but was feeling lazy so I bought this. Anyone in Norway actually buy it this way? It doesn’t taste half bad.
Lefse-grill? You mean “Takke”?
I remember my mom used to buy this! We used some damp cloths to soften the lefse and then put butter, sugar and cinnamon on them, folded and cut to appropriate pieces.
These days my mom usually buys ready made lefse with fillings from a friend who makes them, and keep them in the freezer.
There are also some ready made ones in the grocery stores, these also taste quite good.
