LAUREL, Mont. — The Department of Public Health and Human Services announces its building a new behavioral health facility in Laurel.
This year, Montana legislators passed House Bill 5 that will transfer $26.5 million to the Board of Investments to build a behavioral health facility.
Officials say the project aims to expand access high quality mental health services in the state.
The DPHHS said it worked with Office of Budget and Program Planning’s director along with the City of Laurel and the Board of Investments.
