  3. How about all of them Trump signed with autopen? Or didn’t sign at all and had photoshopped signatures on them that were all identical… not looked the same but were literally identical?

  4. Doesnt this risk setting a precedent that all digital signatures are non-binding?

    Docusign, Adobe, etc… All could likely be easily be upended by this decision if lawyers want to get rambunctious (which they always do), could they not?

  5. Autopen signatures are still legally valid, every president since Truman has used them.

    He’s just using autopen as the easy excuse for undoing policies he was already going to reverse anyway.

    Out of all of Trump’s mental illnesses, this seems like it’s the most strange and really does point to something seriously wrong with him. Normally I’d tell someone to get a restraining order against someone who’s this infatuated with them.

Trump is the only president in my lifetime that I would neither grace with the title of Mr. President, nor shake his hand if I were to meet him in person.   32. Is this only for executive orders? Because the President can just do that already. He doesn’t need the auto pen justification and that makes me wonder if it actually sets a precedent at all.

    I guess the plan is to set an expectation that the auto pen thing matters, then try to invalidate something else with the same reasoning? If so, my money is on pardons
