BREAKING: Trump STUNS with ILLEGAL announcement

Now, one might think that if you’re the leader of a political party that has whined for the last decade about a war on Christmas that you might treat the holidays with a little more reverence. And yet, Trump decided to encroach on everyone’s Black Friday and Thanksgiving holiday to make this very important announcement. He took to Choose Social, posting an AI photo of himself holding a sign that reads Trump 2028. Yes. Now, so as not to ruin anyone’s holiday, let me say first and foremost that Donald Trump will not be president after 2028. It is constitutionally forbidden, meaning he can’t do it legally. And frankly, given his most recent polling out from Gallup showing him at an all-time low of negative 24% approval. He also has no path politically. So why is he doing this? Because first and foremost, he needs attention. And second, he needs to distract everyone from his other failures. Like for example, the fact that the last few months have seen him embroiled in a cover up of a pedophile ring to the point where every single member of his party in both the House and the Senate, aside from Klay Higgins, defied him by voting to release the Epstein files in the face of his desperation to keep them hidden. Like for example, his efforts to gut health care for 24 million Americans who rely on the Affordable Care Act or the 17 million Americans who rely on Medicaid. Like for example, how he and his party cut food assistance to the tune of $186 billion and tried to eliminate it entirely for 42 million Americans by using it as a bargaining chip to cut the aforementioned healthcare subsidies. Like for example, how he swept into office amid promises of lowering costs and instead sent them surging. Like for example, how he poses as a populist and yet where is his actual focus? on building himself a $350 million ballroom, on retrofitting a Qatari jet to the tune of a billion dollars paid for by American taxpayers, buying Christine a couple of Gulfream jets and encrusting the Oval Office in gold, hosting his let them eat cake party from his Mara Lago resort. You would have to be brain dead not to see that he doesn’t give a about regular people, his own supporters included. And lo and behold, the fact that they are defecting from him in such massive numbers suggests that perhaps he overestimated just how stupid his base is. So if Trump wants to try and distract everyone, I think I owe it to everyone to remind them what he’s trying to distract them from. Now for those who still take his threats at face value, the reality is that despite the legal and political barriers, still he will try to stay in office. Here, for example, is Steve Bannon vowing that Trump will do exactly that. The Constitution. Can I read a passage to you? Amendment 22. No person shall be elected to the office of the president more than twice. And yet you keep talking about Trump’s third. Maybe you should have this. Here come I I’ll get you to sign it backstage and underline. President Trump didn’t bring up running for a third term. Myself and others brought up running for a third term. President Trump is going to run for a third term and President Trump is going to be elected again on the afternoon of January 20th of 2029. He’s going to be president of the United States. Okay. But but the thing I just read in there, it seemed like there was no wrigle room there. It seemed like it was just, you know, eight or 10 words. It said only two times. We have a a team of people that are working a team. How can a team do something about that? How how what I don’t care if the team is 12 trillion people. The words are still the words. Bill, every day in federal courts, right now in federal courts, there’s 120 lawsuits on what President Trump’s doing for his article 2 rights on the unified executive theory. But he’s chief executive. He’s commander-in-chief and he’s chief magistrate and chief law enforcement officer. There’s 100 and they’re running to court every day to sue President Trump all because the interpretation of this, the interpretation of this is open for interpretation. How could it be open? Could I have it back? The reality is that often times Trump and his mouthpieces like Bannon repeat these insane, dangerous, autocratic ideas expressly to be able to normalize them. The goal is to say it enough to broadcast it in broad daylight so frequently that it loses its shock value. That’s half the battle. They’re starting now the work of normalizing this idea so that 3 years from now it won’t feel all that crazy. After all, you’ve heard it so many times, right? So again, while he will not be president in 2029, that is not to say that he won’t try. If you’re a Republican or an independent or a non- voter, this claim by Trump that he can run for a third term is a testament to who he is, how unamerican he is, and his disdain for democracy. Opposing this person does not make you a radical leftist. Frankly, it makes you a patriotic American. In fact, Trump himself has echoed this exact claim. We got it really rocking. We’re looking good. We’re looking good for another four years and then we got one over us and I say we’re looking good for another four years and then if we want to another four maybe another and they go this white bill he goes and looks at somebody and he goes you know he’s going to win don’t you some idiot and he said to me he says you know he’s going to win no I think You know he’s going to win. And you know he’s not leaving, don’t you? And the guy’s going, “What do you mean?” He’s not leaving. He’s not leaving. And I thought he was kidding. It’s been serious. So, uh, did anybody ever see the Time magazine? Well, we have it. 2020, 2024, 2028, 2032. In other words, you know, we do that to drive them freaking than any Republican president ever. Not even close. Almost almost 40% of the vote now. I’m not I won’t be happy the next time. Should I run again? You tell me. There’s There’s your controversy right there. There’s your controversy. Thank you. You’ll be seeing that on you’re going to see you’re going to see that tonight, Tim, on television. The fact that they say I can’t run again. That’s the expression. Sir, then somebody said, “I don’t think you can.” Oh, and do not delude yourself into thinking that his spineless band of clingers on in the Republican party wouldn’t offer him blind deference. Republican Congressman Andy Ogles literally introduced a constitutional amendment to allow Donald Trump to run for a third term in office. The resolution he introduced would amend the 22nd amendment of the constitution which currently limits presidents to two terms. And again, it will not pass. But the point is that there are plenty of people within the Republican party who view their role as validating and enabling everything Trump does. Legality be damned. Granted, I also think it’s safe to say that instead of castrating themselves for dear leader, these Republicans actually would have been better served standing up to Trump because then maybe his worst instincts would have been curved. Instead, these cowardly little doormats allowed him to do whatever he wanted, no matter how unpopular, how unconstitutional, how anti-democratic. And now look at the position this country is in. The economy is far worse than Biden’s economy, which they couldn’t stop complaining about for four straight years. Costs are surging. Wages are flat. Manufacturing is contracting. Inflation is rising every month since March. And the lasting images of this presidency are of Donald Trump raking in billions while these lap dogs couldn’t find enough of a spine to utter a single ill word of their god king. And now it’s all of them who are paying the price as Democrats win elections across the country. Whether it’s the special elections that they’ve been winning by double-digit increases over the previous cycle, or the election day results that we just saw this past November, where Dems quite literally swept every office in the country, including statewide in Georgia and Pennsylvania, by double-digit margins. Truly one of life’s great mysteries that Americans wouldn’t want to reward this tinpot dictator of a president and his band of sickopans who would faster sacrifice their firstborn than stand up to Trump. All of which is to say, “No, Donald Trump will not be president for a third term and Republicans will lose their majority.” Because when this lawless president pretends that he will be president for a third term, none of these people can manage to speak up. That is not something Americans are going to reward. Meaning they’re paralyzing fear that speaking out will ultimately be their own undoing.
