There is bad reason for Trump to be involved in Ukraine negotiations. Europe pays everything; TACO pays nothing. Epstein emails and new leaks also prove Trump is compromised and under Russian blackmail, while Witkoff clearly backs Putler over the EU and Ukraine.

5. Trump is a pathetic negotiator as he has proven so far in his negotiations to date with Putin, and also with Zelensky. The only reasons to keep him around with respect to Ukraine are (1) he waffles and changes his mind every 5 minutes, and (2) getting rid of Trump would put JD Vance in charge of US Ukraine policy which is guaranteed to be bad for Ukraine.

6. This is how the left-wing always loses. They are terrified of doing anything, lest it hurt one of a million competing interests.

   The right-wing, on the other hand, just does whatever the hell they want, without a care for who gets hurt.

   In this case, Europe has dragged their feet for years, afraid of doing anything – while Trump is out there all the time, trying to force Ukraine into a deal that helps him personally.

   With no competing option from the Europeans, Trump will likely win.

7. I’m not sure that Trump needs to be blackmailed. When has he ever not been deeply enmeshed with Russian official power?

   Like… does anyone really believe that Trump is somehow secretly in favor of Ukrainian sovereignty but he is being forced to side with Russia against his will? That he’s some kind of hostage?

   People who act as covert agents for a foreign country often do so simply because it’s what they want to do. It’s the way they want things to be. We don’t need to leap immediately to some elaborate theory of poor Donald Trump’s unwilling compliance with the Kremlin’s demands.

8. Ukrainians are good people its not in question but why the focus on EU being the ones to pay? F that EU didnt sign any Budapest memo , EU Costa was not voted by the people , ask a referendum of how much should be increased tax on food to pay Ukraine military and see what people say
