Why isn’t he put in jail for seven days? The court should be collecting on that debt, bailiff should go out and see what he has; I’m sure there’s a car or some jewellery that he can give to fulfil that debt.

We are not a serious country.
He could not afford to save up €1 a week for the past 10 years to pay off the fine, even after winning €250,000 he still says he cannot afford it.
