What is status on this project?
I read from this article that it is going forward with out any state support or garanties in the end, just as private bussiness. All true?
Does it look like it will be operational for Winter 2022?

I think it is going to be operational on winter time as it is too important and any kind of obstructions are going to get too much attention so it gets government into conflicts solving.
The harbor and infrastructure to connect a floating terminal is going ahead. A permanent one is still at limbo.
