Andrew Neil: BBC licence fee will remain in place because it is ‘easy way out’

  1. Easy way? They probably pay more to the employees who waste time trying to get people to pay the fee, than they actually get from those who DO pay the fee /S

  2. Sure there might be some slightly better way of funding the bbc, but we have 200,000 homeless children in the UK, an energy crisis, crisis level inflation, a war in Europe, quite possibly a trade war with Europe, and more than a few other major crises that might actually kill people we should worry about long before something possibly sub optimal that seems to be working well enough right now.

  3. Also, please tell me someone else remembers “hellooooo! No, that’s not a burrrnt merengue that’s been flung and got stuck against a wall, it’s meee! Andrew Niel!”

  4. I haven’t watched anything by the BBC in a decade. There is no way I’m paying a license fee for a service ran by peado shielding cunts like Andrew Neil and the rest of the BBC.
