  11. It’s common knowledge that they mostly used German Walther pistols because the Soviet ones couldn’t handle the volume of fire. Also the recoil was lower than in a TT or the Nagant revolver.

    After WWII, my grandfather was appointed by Congress to investigate the war crimes committed at Katyn. War crimes that were in fact committed by the Russians. Blaming the Germans was all part of Russia’s disinformation plan.

    For my entire life I have heard about the atrocities committed at the hands of Russians in Katyn. And here we are, it’s 2022, and it turns out people don’t fucking change. Katyn then, Bucha today…Russians are still barbarians, their disinformation tactics still dogshit.

    Also russian government admitted to Katyń massacre twice by now. Anyone denying it should be given the same amount of trust you would give a person who is overdosing on drugs when youre talking to them.

But then on the other posts will be asking for “critical support” for the same modern Russia. These guys are as far from leftists/progressives you can be.
