That seems reasonable. Presumably they need to work one day from the office or whatever. Someone gets a place to stay instead of living the apartment idle six days a week.
OP it’s not renting a room for one day a week. It’s renting the entire apartment and the landlord needs to stay over one out of 7 nights, it’s not a bad deal actually.
That’s not actually a bad gig.
They may just be working nearby and need a place to stay, for that price its not bad.

Or if you look at things positively…..1200 euro a month to live in an apartment with a landlord. But they’re gone 6 days a week.
€-1,200 a month seems like poor pay for a live in part time prostitute.
