December the 2nd, 2025 – The Croatian company Infinum has acquired another foreign company, expanding its already impressive portfolio of acquisitions outside of Croatia.
As Poslovni Dnevnik/Zoran Vitas writes, the Croatian company Infinum has confirmed that it has successfully taken over yet another foreign company, this time it is AMR CyberSecurity, a British company specialised in cyber security.
This marks Infinum’s second acquisition this year, given that back at the beginning of the year, they took over the Dutch digital creative agency Your Majesty. According to the acquisition announcement, AMR CyberSecurity primarily operates in the UK and provides a wide range of cyber security services to clients in a variety of industries, from telecommunications and finance to defence and national security.
AMR’s enviable client portfolio includes Zoom, Anglian Water, English Heritage, and Premier Lotteries Ireland. The company also holds the most important certifications and accreditations in the domain of cyber security, and director Martin Walsham is a member of the executive committee of UK CREST, a recognised international association representing the global cyber security industry.
This is, therefore, a strong step forward to the demanding British market for the Croatian company Infinum.
AMR CyberSecurity brings specialized knowledge and experience in one of the fastest growing areas of today’s digital world, and Infinum is upgrading it with its own cyber, technological and business capacities, said Nikola Kapraljević, CEO of Infinum.
It’s worth noting that as the cyber threats grows and regulations become stricter, organisations that properly invest in the development of digital products increasingly need a partner that can ensure a high level of security, precise identification of threats and adaptation to regulations such as NIS2. Strengthened by the acquisition of AMR, Infinum’s existing cyber security team can now provide even stronger support, protection and expertise to clients, through a wider range of security services, faster reactions and the coordinated action of almost thirty global experts.
“As the demand for cyber security experts is growing rapidly around the world, this partnership ensures that our teams remain at the cutting edge of one of the most important areas of the technology sector,” explained Martin Walsham, Director of AMR CyberSecurity.
The figures related to Infinum’s acquisitions outside of Croatia are truly impressive. Infinum has invested a massive 11 million euros in acquisitions in the last three years alone. Through an EBRD loan and reinvestment of its own funds, an additional 15 million euros has been secured for future acquisitions over the next two years, which are planned to finance the company’s further growth and development.
“With this latest acquisition, Infinum will further strengthen its position on the British market, which is in line with our growth and business diversification strategy. In the coming years, we expect cybersecurity services to account for around 10% of our global revenues,” added Kapraljević. Today, Infinum operates from eight offices across Europe, as well as from across the pond in the United States, where more than 400 employees work on developing innovative digital solutions for clients around the world.
