  1. You can get plates with steeper side, you know. Or for the full fall-out special – a dish 😉

I’m not averse to a bit of gravy either.

  2. Such a breathe of fresh air when you see an actual British meme on here rather than political propaganda.

  3. Seems to have some substance to it too. Nothing worse than gravy coloured warm water.

  4. Personally, I like my roast dinner to be bobbing up and down in gravy.

  5. Perfect – as long as the gravy is thick enough to stick to the food not the plate – can’t do runny gravy!!

  6. That broccoli looks a little naked. Best put more gravy on it.

The plate isn’t overflowing. Best put more gravy on it.

  7. “I’ll take a double triple bossy deluxe, on a raft. 4×4 animal style, extra shingles with a shimmy and squeeze. Light axle grease, make it cry, burn it and let it swim.”

  8. My mrs has hers literally floating.

How much gravy you want? **swimming**!

  9. This is the kind of meal that tells you how level your table is.

  10. If it’s not swimming in gravy, it’s not a roast dinner. Simple as that.

  11. My Yorkshire pudding needs to be actively sailing in a brown sea, otherwise it’s a dry disappointment.

  12. Yeah. I’ve never understood the drizzle of gravy. I want it drowning.

  13. I’d highly recommend making your own if you like that much cos otherwise you are consuming a lot of something that will invariably make your stomach feel less than great an hour or so later.

  14. You are going to need arm bands swimming through that.

  15. I agree, I’m a big gravy girl I can never have enough 😩

  16. A position that can bridge the political divide I’m sure.

  17. I’ve moved to Malaysia and if you want extra sauce or gravy on your food you say “Banjir”.

The word just means “flood”, and that’s what you get!

  18. Non-Brit but that does look quite yummy, but I’m almost afraid to ask where the mint goes.

  19. trying to carry one like that from the carvery is always fun.

don’t want to have to go back for more gravy. 😂

  20. Naw mate one of the yorkies is only half full can’t be avin that

  21. Went to Venture in Wigan at the weekend. Had Steak pie and mash. The steak pie is filled with gravy, but you damn well know I had two extra gravy boats to drown that mash and mush

  22. This is actually what I want though. This looks like just the perfect amount

  23. Eating Yorkshire pudding and roast was a life changing experience. I was at the local pub 3 days a week eating it during the year I lived there. People who say British food is bad simply haven’t tried anything good.

  24. Would you like some roast with your gravy? It is funny because that is how my dad likes it too.

  25. At this point the gravy isn’t a topping, it’s the whole personality.

  26. Honestly that’s just the right amount. Could even add some more

  27. Also when you’re making the gravy put a massive dollop of marmite in it it’s well peng
