  4. Is it just me or has Kadyrov been absent from the news for quite some time? Is he truly on his last legs? I want to see how they will sort out succession with that spotty oik of his – I can imagine others would be interested in the role. I guess for putin it doesn’t matter as long the new leader can deliver control over the fighters.
