The annual inflation rate in Croatia rose to 3.8% in November 2025 from 3.6% in October, according to preliminary flash estimates.

By main components of special aggregates, the estimated annual rate of change was 6.6% for services, 5.3% for energy, and 4.1% for food, beverages, and tobacco, while non-food industrial goods excluding energy recorded a slight decline of 0.1%.

On a monthly basis, consumer prices increased by 0.6%, the same pace as in the previous period.

Meanwhile, the harmonised index of consumer prices (HICP) showed an annual increase of 4.3% in November, with a monthly rise of 0.3% from October.
