Malta, NY (WRGB) — Lillian Mancinni, a 22-year-old from Malta has been arrested after deputies say she injured another person during a domestic incident on Dec. 2, 2025.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says they responded to a call around 1:40 a.m. on Everest Drive in Malta. Following an investigation, Mancinni was taken into custody.
Mancinni is accused of intentionally injuring the victim using two different objects, throwing a glass mason jar filled with liquid, causing a hand injury, and repeatedly striking the victim with a metal water bottle, causing an elbow injury, according to deputies.
She is charged with two counts of assault in the second degree, both Class D felonies.
Mancinni was arraigned in Malta Town Court before Judge Ellwood A. Sloat and released on her own recognizance pending future court proceedings.
