I was in the military 95-96 just around time cell phones were getting popular and calling home with a payphone was still a thing you did. I presume from the color and logo (and “Signaller”) that this was specifically targeted at signal corps varusmiehet.
I recall Niinisalo garrison had some other card than “Tele Puhelukortti” that worked in the sotilaskoti payphone. Anyone remember if there were any alternatives to this in 1995?
Edit: maybe Avant was what they had there?
