Does Bulgaria have pilots trained with either Rafale/Mirage ?
Does France put some of its airforce in Bulgaria ?
Anyway, interesting to see Macron focusing in that area quite heavily, with most France forces being sent to Romania, the alliance with Greece, and now stopgap help for Bulgaria.
Good for France. Croatia is buying their fighter jets and they helped us recently after drone/missile incident.
Two countries also signed strategic partnership. France should take more active role with other countries as only military power house in EU. Full support.
That’s a nice way to convince Bulgaria to purchase Rafale. Also a good move to defend the Eastern borders of EU and NATO. Would be nice to know if they are stationing Mirage or Rafale along with simulators, pilots, and instructors.
