Hello. I am From Finland but my writing is horrible so I will write this in English. I believe I figured out a relatively close 1:1 recipe for paprika mayonnaise from hesburger. After trying some of this Danish chip dip I realized if mixing this with mayonnaise it would taste just like paprika mayonnaise.
After trying I can confidently say it tastes just like it but there are 3 setbacks. 1, it has a little bit of spicy hotness to it, very little though so you might not even notice if you have a medium spice tolerance. 2, it isn't as thick as the original. What I mean by this it's just not as chunky or thick as the paste hesburger sells. Personally this isn't a problem for me but I know people who are put off by texture. 3, this dip is from Denmark and I'm not sure you can find it in Finland, but correct me if I'm wrong.
To people who have access to the materials place the mayonnaise first and then slow start adding and tasting so you don't over do the flavor. Products I used and end result are attached in images

Today I learned that Denmark also has a brand called Taffel that makes chips and dips etc
this is the kind of scientific research we need
