You only need just a tiny amount, they are pretty strong. Atleast the bag I used.

A few flakes MAX, and use warm/hot water or the flakes won’t melt into the water properly.

Super weird experience. Use too much and you feel cold in a hot sauna. Would not advice, rather use sauna smell drops like spruce, tar, eucalyptus etc.

It is just menthol crystals marked up and branded for sauna use. You can buy menthol crystals from wholesalers for 10-15€ per kilo. While those things are like 6-7€ for 30 grams.
I went in Germany in a spa that had 11 different saunas, one had kind of these, I think it advertized as Turkish thing. You would get sweat and pretty much cover your whole body with salt and go again (different product than this). Salt would supposedly drain more “toxins” of your skin.
