Can anyone tell me about these owl cufflinks?
I received them many years ago from my great uncle who was an officer or major in the Danish military, he has since passed away.
All I know was he had received a lot of medals and a prestigious order once that’s all the information I have.

Well major is considered a type of officer so he was probably both.
A quick search says it is just the logo of 𝘍𝘰𝘳𝘴𝘷𝘢𝘳𝘴𝘢𝘬𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘦𝘵 (𝘈𝘤𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘮𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘥𝘦𝘧𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦)
The owl is the Minerva Owl and sticks is marshal sticks.
Their motto is sapientia et providentia (Knowledge and foresight)
