Anyone experienced this issue it’s been 5 days already can’t reach postnord norge customer service your just talking to AI bots can’t call or even send email.
Proshop’s customer service only told me they already sent it but no confirmation with post nord still missing document on their package history :((

  1. i work in this field. there are too many packages right now, Christmas is coming and everyone is ordering stuff online and there is a huge wave of packages everyday so there are delays in delivery because warehouses are overloaded. export document missing i am guessing it’s the paper/sticker with the qr code and information missing. is this a package you’re awaiting or is this a package you’re sending/returning?

  2. Postnord will just tell you to contact the seller.
    Saturday and Sunday usually don’t count as shipping days.

  3. Look around the sides of E6, they usually throw it out there, good luck 😀

  4. Contact Proshop. They are responsible for it until it reaches you.
