  1. Probably a stupid question? How easy is it to set up an accurate thermometer? Especially in a homemade device like this? Do they need to be calibrated or is an approximate temperature all that’s necessary for you?

  2. Really nice job there, that’s a beautiful looking BBQ. I’d however move it somewhere more sheltered and you’d be surprised how much heat is blowing away in the wind.

    What are you using for charcoal? I find Marienburg always really good.
