Ah yes, lets invest into something as inefficient and expensive as electric buses.
I do not think that electric buses are necessarily the best option but an investment in them is nonetheless a good idea to help improve public transport and get more cars off the road, especially in big metropolitan cities like Hamburg.
I absolutely love electric buses. It’s such a joy *not* having to hear a roaring Diesel engine pass your apartment every half hour (and sometimes stick around for five minutes due to traffic jams).
Fantastic. Buses are a prime target for displacing oil demand. They run all day and consume lots of diesel.
