A woman believed to be Vladimir Putin’s exiled daughter, Yelizaveta Krivonogikh, was reportedly confronted in Paris by a Ukrainian journalist. In video footage shared by the outlet Nexta, the journalist accuses Putin of killing his brother and questions the woman about her views on Russia’s war in Ukraine. She avoids the camera and says he has no permission to film her.

Reports have previously suggested that Krivonogikh is Putin’s illegitimate daughter and that she lives in Paris under a different name. Some sources have claimed she has spoken out against Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, though these reports remain unverified.

The question is is it ok to threaten and possibly kill a person for the wrong of their father even if she does not support it… Let’s say your father killed some dude, now he’s family is out to kill you.Dunno, is it justice? I’m not one to extol harassing a child “for the so sins of the father”, but if she benefits from his patronage and is benefitting also from European life that relies on European defence, law and order and civility, then yes, I think she has an obligation to pick a side and show cause as to why she should be afforded European freedoms – you can’t be of good character whilst in close ties with Putin and should not be welcome in the west just like all other sanctioned individuals.
