    Bingo nights = unproblematic and inclusive entertainment

    Spa days = meh, article doesn’t detail but I doubt it is luxury massages

    Should we clad them in sackcloth and lock them in windowless rooms?

  7. Deportees awaiting deportation treated liked liked humans, shock horror, disgusting. My guess, given the lack of information is the spa days were probably deportees filing each other’s nails and giving head messages to each other. I doubt very much they are sitting in whirlpools and having facials. As for the treat of football, well give a few blokes a ball and let them have a game seems not just sensible but humane. The real disgrace here is the Mail attempting to raise indignation, absolute scum of the earth.

  8. This is probably one of the least worst things about the asylum system.

    Devil makes work for idle thumbs etc. Why can’t they play football or bingo? Should we ban it? Refuse to help organize it or provide facilities for it?
