1. They’re not even pretending we aren’t being turned into a total surveillance state just like China any more. Mandatory ID cards and live tracking of every citizen up and down the country. If you think the state having this kind of control over every aspect of your life is a good thing you need your head examined. We are walking straight into an Orwellian nightmare while the “oh think of the children” people sit clapping on the sidelines like the idiotic simpletons they are. It is pathetic.

   This stuff should only be used on people who’ve been arrested to see if there is possibly any other crimes they are wanted for

18. And this is going to be different from what happens now? We are flooded with CCTV and still chavs run wild. Unless this thing can see through balaclavas and track them on e-scooters all it’s doing is monitoring the rest of us.
