Aeromexico is celebrating three milestones in its operations to Canada: 15 years of flying to Montreal, as well as 10 years of connecting with Toronto and Vancouver.
Over the past 15 years, the airline has connected Canada with Mexico through more than 30,000 flights, reads a press release.
So far in 2025, Aeromexico has carried more than 325,000 passengers. Meanwhile, between December and March, the airline will operate more than 110 monthly flights connecting the two countries, using 737 MAX, the most efficient aircraft models.
“Canada has long been a key destination for Aeromexico. Commemorating these anniversaries reaffirms our dedication to connectivity, tourism, and the close relationship between our countries,” said Pepe Zapata, VP of sales for Canada, United States, and Latin America, in a statement. “We are committed to providing passengers with the highest quality onboard experience, enhanced by advanced technology and modern aircraft like the Boeing 737 MAX, which delivers superior comfort and efficiency.”
With 74 international routes and 55 within Mexico, Aeromexico says it continues to expand its network.
“We wish to congratulate Aeroméxico on a decade of partnership at Toronto Pearson. As Mexico’s flagship carrier, Aeroméxico’s daily round-trip flights between Mexico City and Toronto help connect travellers to these two vibrant cities,” added Kurush Minocher, chief commercial officer, Toronto Pearson, in a statement. “This soaring achievement underscores the airline’s dedication to providing seamless travel and strengthening the important ties between Canada and Mexico.”
