I had same issue , called them and provided correct address and they delivered the package next day. I think they are very busy currently. But I would also call them. Also joining the chorus to call them! I’ve always got a quick resolution this way. In the time you complain here you could have called them and/or just go to an post office and would have solved your problem afair this happened to me, and it seemed like an excuse for extra delay.
