Absolutely based decision
There is something incredibly ironic about discussing not competing in Eurovision for geopolitical reasons on a continent that isn’t able to defend itself and is subject to whatever the dictatorship in the West agrees upon with the dictatorships in the East, due to decades of mismanagement by Hans and Pierre to protect their own petty little interests.
We are then left with a singing contest for the LGBTQ+ community with funny people in extravagant suits.
Nobody will miss you, Jan.
Imagine boycotting a competition with a lot of western values because you sympathize with a people that actively hate those values.

Eurovision sucks, all the swedish ones who win are generic pop songs in english, so they dont really even represent sweden.

I don’t care about Spain, Ireland or Slovenia. But the Netherlands are part of the original group.
Eurovision should be reduced again the original seven participants:
– Switzerland
– Netherlands
– Luxembourg
– Italy
– Fr*nce
– Germany
– this thing between Germany and France
Its such a shame eurovision is falling apart just because of one country. i have been watching eurovision since i can remember. with how sketchy and rigged the votes last time for isreal felt, im glad we arent just letting it slip through our fingers
