Well, incapacitating someone tends to make it hard for them to move out of the way of traffic.

I mean I don’t hold out much for the daily mail.
However this article is garbage. It ends after he fell to the ground.
With the headline the context is very important. Where was he tasered live lane or hard shoulder or verge of the motorway? Did he get back up and continue the behaviour that led to his tasering or was he hit by the car whilst incapacitated?
I would suggest that someone has been tasered by the police and jumps out of a moving ambulance may not be the nicest of people.
An 18-year-old man who got out of an ambulance on the M5 motorway was Tasered by police before he was hit by a car and killed, the police watchdog has said.
Logan Smith was being taken to the hospital in an ambulance on Sunday, November 30, when staff became concerned and stopped on the hard shoulder of the M5, just after 11pm.
Mr Smith got out of the ambulance near the junction for Weston-super-Mare and walked across the live lanes of the motorway.
Ambulance staff called police and an officer arrived shortly afterwards.
Body-worn footage showed the officer attempting to speak to Mr Smith before discharging their Taser, causing him to fall to the ground.
Moments later Mr Smith was struck by a car travelling south on the motorway.
This story lacks too much context to come to any conclusions about if this was a tragic situation or a negligent one.
I’ll wait for more to come out on it tbh.
Sounds like a sketch from Family Guy
