4. Is there a specific location where these boats would be used? I assume the missiles can’t hit targets above a certain altitude, so enemy aircraft would have to be flying relatively low to be targetable. Or is this intended to counter drones/shaheds?

14. I wonder why Ukraine went with a hydraulic unit to raise the missile? At least it looks like it has big hydraulic hoses going to the cylinders. I would have guessed an electric linear actuator would be more easy to deal with.
