Hi. I'm thinking of posting a small electronics item on Finn.no, and wonder if anyone has had any experience using fiks ferdig. Is it easy/user-friendly (for both seller/buyer)? Any issues, problems? Does the seller have to pay for insurance for the item, and is this included in the price to the buyer?
In the past I've only bought/sold larger items (furniture) on Finn, so I've only ever had in-person transactions (using cash or Vipps). I suppose I could do the same – but I'm starting to get less comfortable meeting random people to sell things, perhaps especially things like electronics. Maybe I'm just overly cautious.
Thanks in advance for any info/input.

I have sold and bought things with “Fiks ferdig”. It’s really easy. The only downside is that I think it’s too expensive., but that cost is on the byer. I usually don’t use it when i bye things form finn.
I’ve bought using it and it’s super easy as a buyer, never had a problem. I’ve always been given option of insurance at checkout. As mentioned it can be pricey (I normally aim for the 50% off offers) but as a seller this doesn’t matter for you too much.
Sold a few electrical items using Fiks Fredig. I’ve always filmed myself testing the item, turn it on/off and showing it works, packing it down, weighing the box (the weight should match the weight when Posten measures the parcel) and when I hand it in at the post office or parcel box.
This is proof in case the buyer tries to scam you.
Never used PostNord and especially Helthjem.
