3. I thought Trump had this pointed out to him a week ago— constitutionally, Zelensky can’t sign away any territory. The end.

4. Good. Only Ukraine can decide the fate of their territory. Whatever is negotiated regarding the Donbas, at the very least, has to be within Ukraine’s jurisdiction.
