The only good thing from this is atleast the government are acknowledging they aren’t going to change it or make it better.

I remember when the government decided turning 18 meant you were still a dependent on your parents. I was just about to “age out of care”. Years later I learned my social worker had closed my file saying I had left the country. I am still here and apparently, in my 30s, I should still turn to my dead mother in hopes of support. Wonder if Coosan cemetery is still against the living moving in. Instead of “laughing or crying” I’m at the point of “raging or crying”. No doubt a lot of people are going to find out they have been removed from waiting list for support because they “left the country”
Can we fast forward to the FOI that shows all the emails about this? I think we deserve to know who was in favour of it and who pushed back against it.
