  3. My grandfather was born in Lausanne and stationed in Gruyeres during World War II. I grew up in California, but Gruyere was not commonly known in the 80’s and 90’s.

    I’m sure I’ve introduced at least 100 people to the reason Swiss cheese is the pinnacle.
