Find someone knowing latin, maybe priest next parish?
The handwriting is either not in polish or incomprehesible to me
It’s not polish i think it is latin
From my very limited Latin knowledge, First column is talking about the date “Mensis” the second “Numerus Domus” i assume means house number. Sponsus Sponsa and Testes i think is Husband (-us means masc.) Wife (-a usually fem.) And witness (Testes) then “Nomen” means name Religio obviously means religion Catholien means Catholic and “Aut alia” im pretty sure just means “or other” (referring to religion in this case) The actual writing is hard to make out so i cant do much to help with that

From what I can read it’s basically all in Latin
You can request translation on /r/translator
It’s in latin so I don’t think we can help you here
Cheers for that
In columns date, sponsus – husband, sponsa – wife, testes – witness (not balls 😉 )
