It’s frankly obvious just how softly the media is going on him due to being a safe opposition who won’t touch anything the ruling class really care about. What a laugh. The man stood to be elected on a platform completely opposite to the one he took as leader. His campaign was the most dishonest and deceitful in modern political history. He’s a liar and a charlatan.
So many people in this thread are moaning because Keir isn’t their magic grandad they always wanted. Take this from someone else who voted for Corbyn to be leader twice – Starmer is far more appealing to the general public than Corbyn ever was. Last I checked, Starmer is projected to make Labour the largest party in Parliament and that’s something that JC never did.
Right now, having a former Head of the Crown Prosecution service leading the Labour Party is a fantastic advantage against a law breaking liar like Boris Johnson. Starmer needs to be backed, he’s our best shot we’ve had at removing the Tories throughout their 12 years in power.
