1. Remember, the Biden admin was also told by courts their pause on leasing was illegal and must resume. They just slowed the un-pause to a bureaucratic slog until congress mandated leases (again), but also tied them to renewable project and transmission row approvals.

   All this to say…. These projects are still stalled. They are just stalled in the ‘process’ that has no end.

2. One thing for sure… the political whipsaw of energy and infrastructure policies each time a new president gets elected screams to the world how unstable and unpredictable investments would be.
