Labour is now the least trusted party in Britain

  1. Absolutely insane given what the Tories did, just goes to show the power of having the media against you.

  2. None of them come off particularly well, but HTF have Reform got the highest (equal) ?

    > The Conservative party’s net trust rating is also negative though its numbers are marginally higher than Labour’s, with 36 saying they trust the Tories to 41 saying they don’t.

    > Reform is equally split 39 per cent to 39 per cent, as are the Liberal Democrats on 33 to 33.

  3. Unsurprising really. Flip-flops and U-turns do not make for stable governance.

  4. Even less than the one that stole all their member’s money?

  5. The British populace will always feel this way towards the incumbent.

  6. Seems like an opportunity for the Liberal Democrat Party to step up and show what they could do…

But no. Not much coming from them that I can see.

  7. The press hasn’t helped Labours cause.

But neither has Labour. They have a massive majority and have nothing radical with it.

  8. It’s what happens when you try to pander to the right who hate them by default while in the process pissing off the left.

  9. That’s some doing considering there’s gammon faces party and the incredible dodgy Tory’s, how far must have labour fell to get lower than those 2😱

  10. Yeah right. Less trusted than the sleazy crony back handers Tories? Less trustworthy than racist Reform?

  11. Starmer’s Ten Pledges to get elected.

Everyone knew he was a **fucking liar** since then. Anyone who didn’t or who defended him chose to ignore and disregard the evidence of their eyes and ears.

  12. For all of you saying “surely the Tories and Reform are less trustworthy”

In the words of Jack Sparrow.

“A dishonest man you can always trust to be dishonest”

If I vote for the Tories and I get austerity and cronyism then I’ve got exactly what I paid for.

If I vote for reform and I get the worst of the Tories with a bit of extra racism then again I get exactly what I paid for.

If I vote for labour and I get a watered down version of Tory policy and a government and doesn’t have the average worker as their top priority then I’ve not got what I paid for.

If the trends continue then I can see Zack Polanski and Farage picking up a lot of labour seats at the next election. As much as I don’t want Farage to win any seats, it will be the much needed kick up the arse that labour need to say if you try to appease the right you either hand control to the right or someone further left will snatch it from you.

  13. Remember last year when so many very active people were saying how important it was to vote for Labour over the SNP, and everyone else kept telling them that Starmer was an absolute fraud, but they kept at at it and now we are here and they pretend they never did this?

  14. Oh look Labour turned out to be 💩💩💩

Who could have seen that coming???

    🫢🫢🫢

  15. Labour are a showerbof shite. The Tories were a shower of shite. Leb Dems helped the Tories get in so cannot be trusted. Who can i vote for ?

  16. In what sense and on what basis would someone ‘trust’ Reform?? Or the tories for that matter.

    Ridiculous.

  17. Keir Starmer is the least popular PM ever. People danced in the streets when Thatcher died. Tony Blair killed a million Iraqis. Liz Truss destroyed the economy. Boris had parties while our grandparents died alone.

How shit do you have to be to be that unpopular?

First you lie to win the leadership.
Then you lie to win the PMship.
Then you attack pensioners and U turn.
Then you attack disabled school kids and u turn.
Then you do speeches about an island of strangers.
You ignore starving children for 18 months.
You let Nigel fucking Farage do a speech every Monday and set the agenda for the week.
And you have a fucking Irish Tory as your Chief of staff.
And not to forget, you tell your members that if they don’t like what you’re doing they can fuck off.

    They have fucked off.

Oh and what happened to 3 Ukrainian rent boys that tried to burn 2 of his houses and his car? That story disappeared very fast. WHAT DID HE DO TO THEM?

Free £19m houses, free glasses, free suits and free dresses for the wife.

That’s all I’ve got off the top of my head other than he’s a smug prick.

Edit: I forgot to mention arresting pensioners for opposing a genocide.

  18. I cant take any party seriously that is doing nothing significant to improve the cost of living or improve public services whilst also pretending Brexit, which is costing us £90b a year, is just something we should put up with

  19. Well, reap what you sow. Catastrophic failure of the left is why morons like Polanski have a platform unfortunately

  20. Sometimes (all the time) I feel bad about how corrupt the U.S. government is becoming. Then I hear about the latest Labour headline and I feel better. At least our liberals are still mostly liberal after being elected.

  21. They’re increasingly leaving behind the people who perceive themselves as ‘core Labour’ voters to chase those further and further to the right, while failing to deliver any meaningful change.

It’s not at all surprising. What is surprising is that it seems to be a complete surprise to Morgan McSweeney.

  22. Even less trusted than the Lib-dems who traded every single one of their election promises for plastic bag tax and then elected a Squirrel Murderer as leader?

  23. Tories did much worse, far far far worse actually… but Labour aren’t changing the things people voted them in for or care about and are instead chasing Reform voters. They’re held to a higher standard than the tories are, too. Media slaughter them daily. Another dead legacy party.

It will be Reform vs Greens next election unless some major implosion happens within each of those parties.

  24. Honestly not surprising, I can trust that the Tories and Reform are going to screw me and everyone else over for their own benefit.

Labour? who the fuck knows what they are going to do any minute of the day, they seem to enjoy fucking everything over at random for no apparent reasons chasing after polling results. Endless U turns and mealymouthed climbdowns on policies that would actually help people to the point of irrelevancy or outright detrimental effect.

  25. So 11 years of tories which included brexit and mishandling a global pandemic & a primer minister who couldnt outlive a vegerable and its labour people dont trust?

I am no way a labour supporter especially not whatever scottish labour is but this is a ridicilous take.

  26. We need a new system. New parties. New faces.

But let’s not be fooled by the big propaganda strategy by the Tories and Reform – thanks to their generous donors, who blatantly show they condone the failure to protect Britain during its most vulnerable period.

Money leads to propaganda, and we’re being smothered by it all the time. The things they don’t want us talking about are many, so they have us squabbling over minor issues, pushing us towards hate, because that will have us tied in local fights for years.

We should be thinking globally because we are part of a global economy and the most powerful are playing a global game. They need a globally organised opponent to stand up to them now!

Look at this (before it’s removed): absorb the enormous wealth gap while the average person has struggled more. Ask yourself if you feel protected by your government.
